  • Is there a warranty if something doesn't work after delivery?

    All projects come with a 6-month warranty after invoicing. Any bugs or technical issues related to the initial development are fixed free of charge.

  • How does payment work?

    In general, payment is made in three stages: 30% at the beginning of the project, 30% in the middle, and 40% at the end. Payment is adjustable according to the needs agreed upon with the client, except for the first deposit.

  • Is a quote free?

    Yes, quotes are free and are only provided after a prior phone conversation with the client.

  • Do you also do design (UI/UX) or only development?

    I don't directly handle the UI/UX design, but I work with a trusted specialist in this field to ensure a consistent and professional result.

  • Can you take over or improve an existing project?

    It is possible to resume an existing project to complete it, fix bugs, or add new features. A preliminary analysis of the code is carried out to propose the most efficient solution.

  • Do you offer website hosting or do you provide the files?

    Hosting is not directly provided, but a complete self-deployment solution can be set up. Depending on the need, the source code can be delivered (Git repo), with configuration on VPS, dedicated server, or cloud solutions like Vercel, Railway, or AWS.

  • Do you only develop websites or also mobile applications?

    I develop websites (frontend SvelteKit or Angular, API NestJS or Express/Node.js) as well as mobile applications, natively (Kotlin or Swift) or cross-platform (Flutter).

  • Do you work with templates or is everything custom-made?

    No template is used. All projects are created from scratch to ensure a fully customized product.

  • Is a design or a mockup mandatory to start a project?

    It depends on the needs: for a functional tool, having a mock-up is not mandatory. For a consumer product, it is better to have one before starting development.

  • Do you also do SEO and performance optimization?

    It is possible to optimize SEO by structuring the site, adding tags like schema.org, and improving performance. I am not an SEO specialist, so for advanced support, it is recommended to consult an expert.

  • How does a project unfold from start to finish?

    The project begins with initial contact and the creation of a quote. Each task (ticket) is planned, and the client actively participates by validating the steps and testing the application or website as it progresses.

  • How long does a project take on average?

    The duration depends on the size and complexity of the project, each ticket is monitored to meet deadlines.

  • Can the client track the progress of the development?

    Yes, the client is involved in the project and can monitor and validate each ticket as development progresses.

  • Do you sign a contract before starting?

    A quote must be signed before the start of the project to confirm the commitments and the scope of work.

  • What happens once the project is completed?

    Once the project is delivered, the contact remains active for maintenance and the addition of new features if necessary.

  • Do you offer training for the client to manage their website or application themselves?

    Training can be offered, but the client is already discovering the features by actively participating in the development.

  • Do you work with clients remotely?

    Yes, all projects are carried out remotely.

  • What tools do you use for communication during the project?

    The client can use their preferred tool, but WhatsApp is generally favored.

  • Do you speak English (or other languages) for international projects?

    For projects outside of French, exchanges are conducted only in writing.

  • Can you work with my team or my designer?

    Yes, I can collaborate with your team or designer without any problem. I adapt easily to group projects.

  • Are the projects you are developing scalable?

    All projects are designed to evolve over time and be easily maintained.

  • Are websites and applications mobile/tablet compatible?

    For mobile projects, they are optimized for smartphones by default. If the product is to function on a tablet, it is necessary to discuss this before the start of the project.

  • Can you connect my site to an external service (API, CRM, etc.)?

    Any service with a public or semi-private API can be connected to your tool.

  • How can I contact you if I have a question or a problem?

    By email, phone, WhatsApp, Line, or Telegram.

  • Do you respond quickly to messages/emails?

    Yes, in general, a response is given within 10 minutes.

  • Do you accept urgent projects?

    Yes, urgent projects can be completed quickly, with a 50% surcharge on the daily rate.

  • Do you work on weekends or only during the week?

    I can occasionally work on the weekend according to the needs and urgency of the project.
